1. Chúng tôi là ai
ĐL Autopost (post.678.vn) là công cụ nội bộ giúp chủ sở hữu soạn bài, lên lịch và đăng nội dung (video, ảnh, văn bản) lên các kênh mạng xã hội do chính chủ sở hữu quản lý. Ứng dụng không phải là dịch vụ công khai cho người dùng đại chúng.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi truy cập và lưu
- Mã truy cập (token) của các kênh do chủ sở hữu chủ động kết nối: YouTube, Facebook (Page), Instagram, Threads, TikTok. Token được mã hóa trước khi lưu trong cơ sở dữ liệu riêng của ứng dụng.
- Thông tin cơ bản của kênh: mã kênh, tên kênh để hiển thị trong ứng dụng.
- Nội dung bài đăng do chủ sở hữu soạn hoặc tải lên (tiêu đề, mô tả, video, ảnh, lịch đăng, trạng thái đăng).
Ứng dụng không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của khách truy cập, không dùng cookie quảng cáo và không có công cụ theo dõi bên thứ ba.
3. Dữ liệu từ Google / YouTube
ĐL Autopost sử dụng YouTube API Services. Khi kết nối kênh YouTube, bạn đồng ý bị ràng buộc bởi Điều khoản dịch vụ của YouTube và Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google. Ứng dụng xin hai quyền:
youtube.readonly: chỉ để đọc mã kênh và tên kênh nhằm hiển thị đúng kênh đã kết nối.youtube.upload: chỉ để tải lên video do chủ sở hữu tự lên lịch đăng.
Chúng tôi không đọc video, bình luận hay dữ liệu phân tích của kênh ngoài mục đích trên, không bán hoặc chuyển dữ liệu Google cho bên thứ ba, không dùng cho quảng cáo, và không cho người khác đọc dữ liệu đó trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
Việc sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ Google APIs của ĐL Autopost tuân thủ Chính sách Dữ liệu Người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng Hạn chế (Limited Use).
3b. Dữ liệu từ TikTok
Khi kết nối tài khoản TikTok qua Login Kit, ứng dụng xin các quyền sau:
user.info.basic: quyền cơ bản của Login Kit, chỉ để xác định và hiển thị đúng tài khoản TikTok đã kết nối (tên hiển thị).video.publish: chỉ để đăng video do chủ sở hữu tự soạn, theo mức quyền riêng tư mà chủ sở hữu chọn.
Trước khi đăng, ứng dụng truy vấn thông tin người đăng từ TikTok (tên hiển thị, các mức quyền riêng tư được phép, và các tùy chọn bình luận, Duet, Stitch của tài khoản) để bạn chọn thiết lập đăng một lần cho mỗi tài khoản TikTok (có thể đổi bất cứ lúc nào).
Chúng tôi không đọc video, tin nhắn hay dữ liệu cá nhân khác của tài khoản TikTok ngoài mục đích trên, không bán hoặc chuyển dữ liệu TikTok cho bên thứ ba. Việc sử dụng tuân thủ Điều khoản dịch vụ dành cho nhà phát triển của TikTok và Hướng dẫn chia sẻ nội dung của TikTok. Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt TikTok (Bảo mật và quyền, Ứng dụng và dịch vụ) hoặc bằng cách xóa kênh trong ứng dụng.
3c. Dữ liệu từ Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
Khi chủ sở hữu kết nối Page Facebook, tài khoản Instagram doanh nghiệp hoặc Threads, ứng dụng xin các quyền sau:
pages_show_list,business_management: chỉ để liệt kê các Page và tài khoản Instagram doanh nghiệp liên kết mà chủ sở hữu quản lý, rồi lấy mã kênh, tên kênh và mã truy cập của Page để hiển thị và kết nối.pages_manage_posts,pages_read_engagement: chỉ để đăng bài, ảnh, video lên Page theo lịch do chủ sở hữu đặt và truy cập thông tin Page cần thiết cho việc đăng.instagram_basic,instagram_content_publish: chỉ để đọc mã và tên người dùng của tài khoản Instagram doanh nghiệp đã liên kết, và đăng ảnh, video, carousel do chủ sở hữu lên lịch.threads_basic,threads_content_publish: chỉ để đọc mã và tên người dùng Threads, và đăng bài do chủ sở hữu lên lịch. Token Threads dài hạn được ứng dụng tự gia hạn.
Chúng tôi không đọc tin nhắn, bình luận, danh sách bạn bè hay dữ liệu cá nhân khác từ Meta ngoài mục đích trên, không bán hoặc chuyển dữ liệu Meta cho bên thứ ba và không dùng cho quảng cáo.
Hướng dẫn xóa dữ liệu Meta: (1) xóa kênh trong ứng dụng (tab Tài khoản), token của kênh bị xóa khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu; (2) gỡ ứng dụng trong cài đặt Facebook/Instagram, mục Ứng dụng và trang web; (3) nếu muốn xóa cả bài đăng và media đã lưu, gửi yêu cầu tới kenyovietnam@gmail.com.
4. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba được dùng
- Nền tảng đăng bài: Google/YouTube, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok. Dữ liệu chỉ được gửi tới các nền tảng này để đăng bài theo yêu cầu của chủ sở hữu.
- Cloudflare: lưu trữ và chạy ứng dụng (Workers, D1, R2/KV, Pages).
- Google Drive: nếu chủ sở hữu dùng link Drive làm kho video/ảnh, ứng dụng chỉ đọc các file được chia sẻ công khai bằng link. Nếu chủ sở hữu tự kết nối Google Drive của mình (quyền drive.file), ứng dụng chỉ lưu file do chính ứng dụng dựng vào thư mục Post678 trong Drive của chủ sở hữu, không đọc hay sửa các file khác.
- Claude qua kết nối MCP (tùy chọn): nếu chủ sở hữu tạo token cho một trợ lý Claude, trợ lý đó chỉ truy cập được các kênh được cấp quyền; có thể xem mã và tên kênh, tạo, sửa, lên lịch và hủy bài, và không xem được token đăng nhập của kênh. Chủ sở hữu thu hồi token bất cứ lúc nào trong tab Tài khoản.
- Anthropic (Claude API): khi chủ sở hữu dùng tính năng viết/gợi ý nội dung bằng AI, ý tưởng và nội dung bài đăng được gửi tới Anthropic để tạo bản nháp. Không gửi token đăng nhập của các kênh.
5. Lưu trữ và bảo mật
Token được mã hóa bằng khóa bí mật chỉ nằm trong cấu hình máy chủ. Dữ liệu được lưu trên hạ tầng Cloudflare và chỉ chủ sở hữu (đăng nhập bằng mật khẩu ứng dụng) truy cập được. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu.
Thời gian lưu trữ: video và ảnh do ứng dụng tự dựng và lưu tạm tự hết hạn sau tối đa 400 ngày. Bài đăng, lịch đăng và nhật ký đăng bài (mã kênh, thời gian, kết quả hoặc lỗi) được giữ cho đến khi chủ sở hữu xóa hoặc yêu cầu xóa. Token của kênh bị xóa ngay khi kênh bị xóa khỏi ứng dụng.
6. Xóa dữ liệu và thu hồi quyền
- Xóa kênh trong ứng dụng (tab Tài khoản) sẽ xóa token của kênh đó khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu.
- Thu hồi quyền YouTube/Google bất cứ lúc nào tại myaccount.google.com/permissions hoặc security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Dữ liệu YouTube đã lưu (token, mã kênh, tên kênh) chỉ được giữ khi kênh còn kết nối; chúng tôi xóa trong vòng 7 ngày sau khi bạn thu hồi quyền hoặc yêu cầu xóa.
- Thu hồi quyền Facebook/Instagram/Threads tại phần Ứng dụng và trang web trong cài đặt tài khoản Meta; TikTok tại phần Quản lý quyền ứng dụng.
- Muốn xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu (bài đăng, media), gửi yêu cầu tới kenyovietnam@gmail.com.
7. Thay đổi chính sách
Chính sách có thể được cập nhật khi ứng dụng thay đổi. Ngày cập nhật mới nhất ghi ở đầu trang.
Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
ĐL Autopost (post.678.vn) is a private tool that lets its owner compose, schedule and publish content (video, images, text) to social media channels the owner manages. It is not a public service for general users.

2. Data we access and store
- Channel access tokens that the owner chooses to connect: YouTube, Facebook (Pages), Instagram, Threads, TikTok. Tokens are encrypted before being stored in the application's own database.
- Basic channel information: channel ID and channel name, shown inside the app.
- Post content written or uploaded by the owner (titles, descriptions, videos, images, schedule and publishing status).
The app does not collect personal data from visitors, uses no advertising cookies and has no third-party trackers.
3. Google / YouTube user data
ĐL Autopost uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The app requests two scopes:
youtube.readonly: used only to read the channel ID and channel name so the connected channel is displayed correctly.youtube.upload: used only to upload videos that the owner has scheduled for publishing.
We do not read videos, comments or analytics of the channel beyond this purpose, we do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except where required by law.
ĐL Autopost's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3b. TikTok user data
When a TikTok account is connected through Login Kit, the app requests:
user.info.basic: the basic Login Kit scope, used only to identify and correctly display the connected TikTok account (display name).video.publish: used only to publish videos that the owner has composed, with the privacy level the owner selects.
Before publishing, the app queries creator information from TikTok (display name, allowed privacy levels, and the account's comment, Duet and Stitch settings) so you can choose the publishing settings once for each connected TikTok account (you can change them at any time).
We do not read videos, messages or other personal data of the TikTok account beyond this purpose, and we do not sell or transfer TikTok data to third parties. Use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Content Sharing Guidelines. You can revoke access at any time in TikTok settings (Security and permissions, Apps and services) or by removing the channel in the app.
3c. Meta user data (Facebook, Instagram, Threads)
When the owner connects a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account or Threads, the app requests:
pages_show_list,business_management: used only to list the Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts the owner manages, and to obtain the channel ID, channel name and Page access token for display and connection.pages_manage_posts,pages_read_engagement: used only to publish posts, photos and videos to the Page on the schedule the owner sets, and to access the Page information needed for publishing.instagram_basic,instagram_content_publish: used only to read the ID and username of the linked Instagram professional account and to publish photos, videos and carousels the owner has scheduled.threads_basic,threads_content_publish: used only to read the Threads user ID and username and to publish posts the owner has scheduled. Long-lived Threads tokens are refreshed automatically by the app.
We do not read messages, comments, friend lists or other personal data from Meta beyond this purpose, we do not sell or transfer Meta data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Meta data deletion instructions: (1) remove the channel in the app (Accounts tab), which deletes the channel's token from the database; (2) remove the app in your Facebook/Instagram settings under Apps and Websites; (3) to also delete stored posts and media, email kenyovietnam@gmail.com.
4. Third-party services
- Publishing platforms: Google/YouTube, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and TikTok. Data is sent to them only to publish content at the owner's request.
- Cloudflare: hosts and runs the application (Workers, D1, R2/KV, Pages).
- Google Drive: if the owner uses Drive links as a media library, the app only reads files shared publicly by link. If the owner connects their own Google Drive (drive.file scope), the app only saves files it generates into a Post678 folder in the owner's Drive and does not read or modify any other files.
- Claude through an MCP connection (optional): if the owner creates a token for a Claude assistant, that assistant can access only the channels it is granted; it can see channel IDs and names and create, edit, schedule and cancel posts, and it cannot see channels' login tokens. The owner can revoke the token at any time in the Accounts tab.
- Anthropic (Claude API): when the owner uses the AI writing feature, the idea and post text are sent to Anthropic to generate drafts. Channel login tokens are never sent.
5. Storage and security
Tokens are encrypted with a secret key kept only in the server configuration. Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and is accessible only to the owner (signed in with the application password). No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable measures to protect the data.
Retention: videos and images generated and stored temporarily by the app expire automatically after at most 400 days. Posts, schedules and publishing logs (channel ID, time, result or error) are kept until the owner deletes them or requests deletion. A channel's token is deleted as soon as the channel is removed from the app.
6. Deletion and revoking access
- Removing a channel in the app (Accounts tab) deletes that channel's token from the database.
- You can revoke Google/YouTube access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Stored YouTube data (token, channel ID, channel name) is kept only while the channel is connected; we delete it within 7 days after you revoke access or ask us to delete it.
- Revoke Facebook/Instagram/Threads access under Apps and Websites in your Meta account settings, and TikTok under app permissions.
- To delete all data (posts, media), email kenyovietnam@gmail.com.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the application changes. The latest update date is shown at the top of the page.
